Coffee Table from Richard Schultz' 1966 Collection for Knoll. The frame is welded cast and extruded aluminum finished in weather resistant white polyester powder coat. The table top is a brown enameled porcelain on steel tabletop.

Schultz designed the aluminum Leisure Collection in 1966 in response to Florence Knoll's request for furniture that could withstand the Florida salt air. Now called the 1966 Collection, it remains the standard in modern outdoor furniture.

table 1: Fair to Poor Vintage Condition: Frame structurally sound, paint has faded and general soiling consisted with age and use. Top is original and has some pitting and oxidation however still presents well. There is one large ring stain. Under section of top needs wood frame replaced. One metal tab in corner has come loose. Top is a little wobbly on frame due to wood rot

Top is original and has general pitting and oxidation occurring primarily on bottom portion, however there is a nickel sized rust pit as shown in photos. There is a large ring stain as well. Wood frame has primarily surface corrosion. Top is a little wobbly on frame due to replacement screws.
