Pernilla lounge chair designed by Bruno Mathsson for Dux in 1969. Bruno Mathsson designed the first version of this armchair in 1944. This is and improved version designed for Dux in 1969. Sitting in the chair, one can truly admire the ergonomics as it is truly one of the comfiest chairs, even by today's standards.
Linen sling and beech wood frame are original and show a wonderful age and patina throughout. Cushions have all been reupholstered in a wonderful washed olive drab cotton. Headrest reupholstered in a complimentary boucle. All leather straps have been updated with new vegetable tanned leather.
